The beds and pillows are comfortable. The location is perfect and has a great selection of places to eat. Breakfast was amazing every day. Staff is so friendly.

The staff was amazing!!! Ms. Carolyn was extremely friendly and kept the kitchen area super stocked and clean. I loved the constant coffee, tea and water in the lobby.

this is our 2nd time to stay here. We came for the Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert, which was held at the Broadmoor right nextdoor to the Hampton Inn. Very convenient to walk to. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, a nice FREE breakfast. Location to restaurants and stores very close (several are just across the street) so you can walk if you want. All in all, no co9mplaints here. would stay here anytime.
